Dr.Tarang has around 20 years of experience, both national & international, in acute & long term care operations as well as multi-site management in the Private & Public sector.
She completed her MBA with specialization in Healthcare Management from National University of Singapore. In addition, she has completed specialisation in Orthopaedics in Singapore & MBBS from Lady Harding Medical College, New Delhi.
Prior to joining us, Dr. Tarang has been the CEO, Jaslok Hospital. She joined as Head Quality Management & Patient Relations, Additional Medical Superintendent & then progressed to Director Medical Services (Strategy Planning & Hospital Quality) before becoming CEO in Dec 2013.
Before Jaslok, Dr Tarang worked with the Ministry of Health, Hospital Services, Singapore, Changi General Hospital, Singapore, National University Hospital system, Alexandra Hospital, Singapore, Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital & GB Pant Hospital, and New Delhi.
Dr. Tarang has been felicitated with numerous awards. A few of them being Award for the best Multispecialty Hospital & CEO for the year 2017, Women CEO for the year 2016, Best Business Leader Award for CEO, Health Excellence Award in 2015 & 2016, Rashtriya Vibhushan Award in 2016 & Rashtriya Ratan Award in 2015.

He has work experience of 13 Years in healthcare industry. His last role was CFO of renowned Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai. He has also worked with various service companies of the leading philanthropy - Aga Khan Development Network including Aga Khan Education Service in India as CFO, Aga Khan Health Service in India as CFO and Aga Khan Health Service in Tanzania as Chief Financial Officer heading finance of Aga Khan Hospital in Dar es Salaam and five upcountry primary medical centre.
