**CT Calcium Scoring is not indicated for patients who have undergone Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Surgery & Coronary Angioplasty.

General Instructions

  • Come well rested and arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment.
  • Fast overnight for 10–12 hours (only water allowed).
  • Avoid heavy/fatty meals or meat the night before.
  • Avoid exercise on the morning of your check-up.
  • Avoid alcohol and nicotine 24 hours before.
  • Remove all jewellery and valuables.
  • Bring current medications and valid Govt. ID (Aadhar/Passport).
  • Bring medical records/reports from the last 2 years (if available).
  • Discontinue contact lenses 24 hours prior; carry spectacles.
  • Clean ear wax if Audiometry is included.
  • Bring early morning urine & stool samples (optional).
  • Corporate clients: bring valid authorisation/credit letter.

Appointments & Billing

  1. Book at least 10-12 days in advance for better planning.
  2. Our team will confirm your slot and share a payment link for advance payment.
  3. Any additional tests advised by the doctor will be billed separately.

Meal Timings (If included in package)

  • Breakfast: 7:15 am – 11:00 am
  • Lunch: 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm

Specific Test Preparations

  • Abdominal/Pelvic Ultrasound: 4 hours fasting & full bladder.
  • Mammogram: Avoid deodorant/talc.
  • PAP Smear: Not during menstruation.
  • DEXA Scan: Avoid calcium/multivitamins 48 hours prior.
  • Eye Exam: Discontinue contact lenses 24 hours before.
  • Stress Test (TMT): Wear comfortable shoes; males shave chest area; eat only light snack.
  • Spirometry/Pulmonary Function Test: Avoid inhalers 24 hours prior (only in consultation with doctor).
  • CT/MRI: Inform staff if you have metal implants; bring S. Creatinine report (within 3 months).
  • X-ray: Contraindicated during pregnancy.
  • PP Blood Sugar: Give sample exactly 2 hours after breakfast (plain water allowed only).
  • Hypertension meds: Avoid till tests are done, unless your doctor says otherwise.
  • Thyroid tablets: Can be taken as usual.

Special Instructions For Women

  • Book between 10th – 14th day of menstrual cycle.
  • If menstruating on the day, inform nurses — Urine, Stool & PAP Smear will be rescheduled.
  • If pregnant or suspecting pregnancy, inform us in advance — No X-ray, Mammogram or TMT.
  • Mammography is advised for women 40+ years or as per physician advice.

Special Considerations

  • If you are pregnant, please inform the staff in advance (some tests will be restricted).
  • Assistance is available for mobility concerns on request.
  • Translator services available upon request.
  • If you have Dietary restrictions / Food Drug Allergies, please inform in advance.

During Your Visit

  • Comprehensive Health Check-up - This 2-day fullbody programme is designed to provide a thorough assessment of your health. The Comprehensive Package is extensive and detailed covering every aspect of your health in depth.
  • Highlights of the Package:
    • Home Sample Collection (One day prior)
    • Pre-Consultation with Physician (One day prior)
  • Important Note for Guests:

    Day 1 will be dedicated to performing the tests. 

    The Second day of consultation will be scheduled once all reports are ready, and may not necessarily be the immediate next day. Guests are advised to plan their travel accordingly, as the two days are not consecutive.

  • Emergency or sick patients will be given priority, which may lead to delays. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.

Post Health Check

  • Preliminary reports: within 24 hours on registered Email Id
  • Final reports: within 3–5 business days.
  • Collect your reports from the 2nd Floor Report Counter or via the RFH App

Rescheduling & Missed Tests

  • Please give at least 48 hour’s notice for cancellations or changes.
  • Incomplete tests will be rescheduled within 7 working days.
