Home visit timings: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (7 days a week)

Cost of visit: INR 350/- per person for each visit

 

Note:

  • Payment by cash only.
  • Home visit can be scheduled by prior appointment only.
  • In case the appointment is not cancelled 4 hours prior to the appointed time and the staff arrives for the appointment, visit charges will have to be paid.
  • Hospital reserves the right to change the rates without prior intimation.

 

Report Collection:

  • Reports are available at the Main Lobby, Report Dispatch Counter, Ground Floor, Tower Building of Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre, Raja Rammohan Roy Road, Prarthana Samaj, Girgaon, Mumbai-400004.
  • Reports can also be emailed on request made at the time of sample collection.
