Dr. Aditi Trivedi is a dedicated Fertility Specialist with extensive experience in managing complex infertility conditions and delivering advanced assisted reproductive treatments. She completed her MBBS from K.J. Somaiya Medical College, Mumbai, followed by her DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at the renowned K.E.M. Hospital, Pune. Her passion for reproductive medicine led her to pursue a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (ICOG) and mentored under leading national experts, giving deep exposure to challenging ART cases providing her with robust training in reproductive endocrinology.
An active academic contributor, Dr. Trivedi has authored multiple national and international publications and book chapters in IUI, IVF, and advanced gynaecological surgery. She has received several prestigious awards, including the ISAR Young Talent Award, ISAR Youth Icon Award, and ISAR Young Achiever’s Award, and has won multiple prizes for paper presentation.She has held leadership roles as a Managing Committee Member of the Maharashtra Chapter of ISAR and has served as Convenor for various national ART programs, educational series, and conferences.Her clinical philosophy, “Elevate to Alleviate,” reflects her mission to elevate fertility knowledge, technology, and treatment standards to help couples overcome infertility with empathy, scientific excellence, and hope.
Dr. Aditi Trivedi has trained in some of the most sophisticated fertility techniques, including ICSI, cryopreservation, 3D ultrasound and Doppler in infertility, and fertility-enhancing endoscopic surgery. With a strong foundation in embryology and laboratory skills, she integrates clinical and lab expertise to optimise IVF outcomes, recurrent implantation failure management, poor ovarian reserve counselling, endometriosis-related infertility, recurrent abortion cases and male-factor infertility.She specialises in advanced fertility treatments including using Endometrial Receptivity Array (ERA), Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD), PRP therapy to enhance implantation potential and tailor personalised IVF strategies to address recurrent implantation failure and challenging infertility cases.
