Bio:

Ian Craig is an experienced exercise physiologist and nutritional therapist with three decades of combined practice. At Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, he brings an integrative, evidence-informed approach to clinical nutrition linking movement science, personalised nutrition, and behaviour change to help individuals improve metabolic health, performance, and day-to-day wellbeing. A committed educator and programme developer, Ian founded the Centre for Integrative Sports Nutrition (CISN) and leads its online postgraduate courses; he is also the co-founder of the Nutritional Institute.

His clinical work spans athletes and complex health cases, and he collaborates within multidisciplinary teams to align nutrition, training load, recovery, and lifestyle strategies to the person’s goals. Ian has co-authored Wholesome Nutrition with natural chef Rachel Jesson and the textbook Integrative Sport and Exercise Nutrition with Professor Justin Roberts, reflecting his emphasis on practical, real-world application of science in everyday life.
