Bio:

Rachel Jesson is a health and performance professional who integrates movement science, whole-food culinary expertise, and behaviour change coaching. At Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, she focuses on practical, sustainable nutrition—translating evidence and tradition into realistic meal patterns, recovery strategies, and lifestyle habits for everyday health as well as athletic demands. 

A long-standing educator and programme lead, Rachel teaches natural plant-based cheffing, develops recipes and products centred on nutrient density and fermentation, and mentors individuals through structured coaching frameworks (including NLP techniques) to help them adopt lasting, positive change. She co-authored Wholesome Nutrition and contributed to the textbook Integrative Sport and Exercise Nutrition, reflecting her emphasis on accessible, real-world application of nutrition in kitchens, clinics, and training environments.
