Dr. Sidharth Harindranath is a Consultant in the Institute of Gastrosciences at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
He completed his MBBS, MD in Internal Medicine, and DM in Gastroenterology. He further pursued an Advanced IBD Fellowship at P. D. Hinduja Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Mumbai.
Dr. Harindranath has specialised expertise in the diagnosis and management of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. His clinical practice focuses on optimising biologic therapy, developing personalised treatment strategies, and managing complex and postoperative IBD cases. He is actively involved in clinical research aimed at generating real-world Indian data on IBD outcomes and treatment patterns to support evidence-based patient care.
In addition to IBD, Dr. Harindranath has extensive expertise in advanced interventional endoscopy, including diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and ERCP. His procedural expertise includes EUS-guided biliary and pancreatic duct drainage, EUS-guided rendezvous procedures, EUS-guided gastroenterostomy, pancreatic fluid collection drainage, and cholangioscopy for the minimally invasive management of complex pancreatobiliary disorders.
Dr. Harindranath has authored 76 publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals and continues to contribute to scientific research in pancreatobiliary diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, and advanced endoscopy. He regularly presents his work at national and international scientific conferences.
