Bio:

Dr. Tanay Padgaonkar is a Consultant at the Department of Cardiology at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.

He has completed his M.D. in General Medicine followed by a D.M. in Cardiology from Mumbai and is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC) and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI).

His areas of expertise include coronary angiography, complex coronary interventions, primary angioplasty for acute myocardial infarction, intravascular imaging-guided and complex angioplasty procedures, pacemaker implantation and preventive cardiology. He is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care, with treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

Dr. Padgaonkar is actively involved in academic activities and regularly participates in national and international scientific meetings. He believes in combining clinical excellence with compassionate communication to help patients make informed decisions and achieve the best possible cardiovascular outcomes.

• Rotational and Orbital atherectomy.
• Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS)-guided coronary angioplasty.
• Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) assessment.
• Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)-guided angioplasty.
• Excimer Laser Coronary Angioplasty (ELCA) in complex coronary angioplasty.
• Permanent pacemaker implantation.
