Prasenjit Roy is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience driving HR initiatives in high-performance, matrixed organizations. He currently serves as the Head of Human Resources Function at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital in Mumbai, India, where he oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
Prior to his current role, Prasenjit held various HR leadership positions at prominent organizations such as Apollo Hospitals, Flipkart, Tata Steel, Balmer Lawrie, 3M and Manipal, where he developed and implemented strategic HR policies that enhanced organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Prasenjit holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Bangalore University and Master’s degree in Human Resource and Marketing from KIIT School Of Management. Throughout his career, Prasenjit has demonstrated a commitment to fostering inclusive workplace cultures and driving initiatives that support both organizational goals and employee development.
