Dr. Sheetal Shah is a Consultant in the department of Anaesthesia and Pain Management at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
After completing her MBBS, Dr. Sheetal Shah completed her DA (Anaesthesia) from Mumbai University, FCPS, Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine and thereafter her DNB in Anaesthesia. She subsequently went to Australia where she completed Fellowships in Pain medicine and acquired international experience in Anaesthesia, acute pain services, chronic pain management and interventional pain procedures.
She has participated in and contributed to several research projects and has conducted various teaching programs.
She is also AHA certified ACLS and BCLS trainer and has actively participated in training new joinees in the hospital for Basic life support.
Dr Shah is also a DNB teacher in Anaesthesia and pain management She is actively involved in Indian Society in Study of Pain and is a member of ISSP. She has written a chapter on Pain management in Critically ill patients and has published a case report on Anaesthetic concerns of difficult airway in international journal of Research in Medical Sciences.
