Dr. Prashant B. Joshi is a Consultant Paediatric Surgeon at the Paediatric Surgery department of Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
He is a gold medalist in General Surgery and a MCh in Paediatric surgery. He has also completed his FMAPS. Dr. Joshi has both national and international experience in some of the best hospitals. He is a Member of Indian Association of Paediatric Surgeons (IAPS) and a Member of Paediatric Endoscopic Surgeons of India (PESI). He has a fellowship in Minimal Access Paediatric Surgery, Paediatric Urology & Robotic Surgery, from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as well as Reconstructive Paediatric Urology & DSD from C.S Mott Children Hospital both in USA.
He was also a visiting professor at 2 prominent universities namely University of Michigan and University of Pennsylvania in USA. He was an Assistant Professor - Paediatric Surgery, K. E. M Hospital & Seth G. S. Medical College, Mumbai and a Specialist Paediatric Surgeon at Al Wasl Hospital in UAE.
Dr. Joshi has won 14 national and international awards. Some of the prominent ones are B. BRAUN Scholarship for the Best surgeon (Germany), the International Good Standing Certification Paediatric Surgery from Dubai Health Authority, Shri Ratan Tata Medical Scholarship and Association of Physicians of India (API) for standing first in medicine. He has 21 international and 11 national Publications to his credit as well as many presentations in important seminars and meets both in India and overseas.
