Dr. Anil Tibrewala completed M.Ch. (Plastic Surgery) after completing M.S. (General Surgery) from the University of Bombay. This was followed with a Fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery from Paris, France. He has several years of working experience. Besides his association with Sir. H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre, he also has a private practice since 1988 and is also associated with Hinduja Hospital, Breach Candy, Saifee and Habib Hospitals.
He has extensive experience in congenital deformities (like cleft lip, cleft palate, hypospadias etc), wide variety of acute trauma cases (like head, face, neck, chest and abdomen and complex injuries to extremities, burns etc.), microsurgery, independent management of post cancer and post traumatic reconstruction, bedsore reconstructions etc., cosmetic surgery procedures including Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty, Dermabrasion, Otoplasty. All facial aesthetic surgical procedures like face lift and other facial rejuvenation procedures, breast surgery (augmentation, reduction, mastopexy or reconstruction), liposuction and other body contouring procedures, autologous fat injection, abdominoplasty, hair transplantation, post bariatric surgery body contouring.
He is proficient in the use of lasers especially the Coherant Diode Laser (‘Light Sheer’) for hair removal.
