His commitment to excellence continued with advanced fellowships.

He then pursued multiple Fellowship programmes, starting primarily from Seth G.S. Medical College & King Edward Memorial VII (K.E.M.) Hospital in Vascular and Interventional Radiology (F.V.I.R.) where he scored a distinction and was awarded the first rank in the Maharashtra University (State Topper). It involved specialising and focusing primarily on Peripheral and Vascular Interventions, Aortic Interventions, Non-Vascular, Biliary, Hepatic, Oncology, Nephrology, Urology, Musculoskeletal and all other Image guided Interventions. Due to its widespread enriching experience, Seth G.S. Medical College & King Edward Memorial VII (K.E.M.) Hospital till date is still considered one of the best and pioneering institutes for Interventional Radiology across the Country. Post his Fellowship, he spent few years as Senior Registrar in the same Interventional Radiology department.

Following this, he went onto pursue another Fellowship in Intervention Neuro-Radiology (F.I.N.R.) at Interventional Radiology Department at Grant Medical College and Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai under the mentorship of Dr. Avinash Gutte. Over here he could further hone his skills by independently performing entire spectrum of Peripheral Vascular and Non-vascular Intervention cases. He learnt and assisted all Neuro-Interventional cases, mainly in Acute Ischemic Stroke cases with Mechanical thrombectomy and in Sub-Arachnoid Haemorrhages (SAH) involving emergency and elective complex aneurysms coiling.

He was then selected and promoted to Assistant Professor at Seth G.S. Medical College & King Edward Memorial VII (K.E.M.) Hospital in Peripheral and Vascular Interventional Radiology Department. During his stint as an Assistant Professor, he independently managed entire spectrum of Peripheral Vascular Interventional Radiology cases. It comprised cases of EndoVenous Laser / Glue Ablations (EVLA / EVLT), Aortic Interventions, Subclavian and Carotid stenting, Pulmonary embolism, Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT), Peripheral Vascular Diseases (especially diabetic foot), Chronic Limb Ischaemia, Central Venous Occlusions, Salvaging AV Fistuales in CKD patients, all other renal interventions, Interventions related to Obstetrics & Gynaecological, Liver Interventions including targeted therapies for liver tumours, Interventions in Budd Chiari syndrome, Biliary Interventions, Interventions in various other arterial & venous diseases, all ICU and Emergency Interventions including Upper and Lower GI bleed or Bleeding from anywhere else. Medical College and K.E.M. Hospital. As a team, he co-authored and published multiple papers in national and

international indexed journals and presented as a faculty member in multiple national and international conferences.

Even after such an enriching and vast experience, he still wanted to Master his Neuro-Intervention skills for which he decided to go for another Fellowship at one of the Best Mentors of the country – Dr. Vipul Gupta (Chief - Neuro-Interventional Surgery and Intervention Neuro-Radiology & Director - Stroke Neurovascular, Artemis Neurosciences, Gurugram) - having one of the highest volume centres of the Country, doing core and most complex Neuro-intervention work. Here he got an opportunity to Independently perform and assist all complex neuro-interventional cases of acute ischemic stroke, intra- and extracranial atherosclerotic disease, vascular lesions of the head and neck, hyper-vascular skull base and intracranial tumours, Dural Arteriovenous Fistulae, Brain AVMs, Spinal cord AVMs and Intracranial Aneurysms treatment including balloon assisted or stent assisted coiling, Flow diversion and Intra-saccular treatment for complex aneurysms. At the end of his tenure, he was awarded with a Fellowship degree in Stroke Neurovascular & Neuro-Intervention Radiology (F.S.N.I.R.).

Apart from these, acknowledging about his Global recognitions and credentials, he finished his accreditation and became a Fellow of Royal College of Radiology (F.R.C.R.) and got distinction was honoured with a formal degree of European Board of Interventional Radiology (E.B.I.R.).
