Dr. Lajja Shah provides rehabilitation for Adults and children with Speech language and swallowing difficulties.
Her area of expertise is Swallowing therapy for Neurology and Oncology patients and Voice rehabilitation.
She has special interest in Objective swallow assessments.
At Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital, she is involved with the set-up and development of the Speech Language and swallowing department and has been the earliest member of the team since the inception of the hospital.
She is a key member in starting and running a successful Stroke Support Group at HN Reliance foundation hospital and Research Centre .
She strongly believes in multidisciplinary approach for rehabilitation and hence works closely with other disciplines.
The Foundation lays significantemphasis on leveraging technology for developmental solutions.
