Dr. Poonam Bajaj is a senior consultant physiotherapist at Sir H N Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Center and the leads the neurological and paediatric physiotherapy teams
She completed her BPT from Kasturba Medical College (College of Allied Health Sciences), Manipal and her Post-Graduate Diploma in Rehab Medicine (PT) from AIIPMR, Mumbai.
Dr Bajaj worked at Sir H N Hospital and Research Center from 2001 to 2011. During this period she conducted research on several topics under the aegis of Sir H N Medical Research Society- these have been published as national and international papers. She has more than 5 publications and has presented more than 20 papers and posters in the field of neurological rehabilitation.
She has over 30 additional postgraduate certifications in the neurological, paediatric rehabilitation field and also in posture and gait from the Balance Disorders Laboratory, OHSU, Portland, Oregon and California Education Connection, LA, USA
