Dr. Sujata Dhanuka is Director of Laboratory Medicine at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.

Dr. Sujata Dhanuka graduated from Seth G.S Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai in 1998 with distinctions in Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology and Pharmacology. She completed her MD (Pathology) in 2001. She is also a dual major in Marketing and Strategy and Leadership from Indian School of Business (ISB), 2010.

Dr. Dhanuka has vast experience in operations management and strategy planning for administration of healthcare services. She has managed many NABL, JCI, CAPS and NIAHO accredited institutions. Her forte lies in upgrading the current systems with help of automation and introducing strategic changes to make the programmes more compliant with quality standards and service efficient. She is familiar with and has introduced latest diagnostic testing procedure for Molecular Diagnostics, Cyto-genetics and Anatomic Pathology to the various National Reference Labs across the country and has also helped in their technological up gradation. Over the last decade she has been actively involved with providing technical expertise for ease of work flow through LIMS, enhanced, easy-to-interpret laboratory report formats and implementation and monitoring of Quality Management system working through continuous monitoring for improvement of key Quality Indicators. She is also an expert at designing and implementing risk management and contingency plans for all laboratories
