Dr Himanshu S. Choudhury is a Consultant Radiologist at the Radiology & Imaging department at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre. After completing MBBS, DMRD and MD, Dr Choudhury successfully pursued DNB and MNAMS. He is trained in cardio-thoracic imaging at Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai. Furthermore, he has also received training in oncology imaging and imaging guided interventions at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. Currently, he is pursuing Fellowship from The Royal College of Radiologists, London.
Dr Choudhury has 9 years of working experience, after initial post graduate qualification in the field of Radiology and Imaging, with special interest in cardiothoracic & musculoskeletal imaging and imaging guided interventions.
Earlier, Dr Choudhury has worked as a consultant at Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital & Research Centre, Powai, Mumbai and at Infinity Medical Centre, Parel, Mumbai. Prior to that, he was working at Breach Candy Hospital & Research Centre in Department of Radiology. He has attended various training workshops and conferences. Additionally, he also attended the FRCR training course, Bristol, United Kingdom in 2013.
Dr Choudhury has presented numerous research papers in various national and international conferences and has few publications in reputed journals. He was also awarded Certificate of Merit at IRIA, National Conference, Ahmedabad (2009).
He is a member of European Congress of Radiology and Radiological Society of North America. He is also life member of Indian Radiological and Imaging Association and National Academy of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
