Dr. Saba Shaikh, is a Consultant Radiologist at the Department of Radiology & Imaging at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
Dr. Saba Shaikh graduated in 1997 from T.N.M.C. Nair Hospital, Mumbai University. She completed her DMRD and DMRE in 2000 from L.T.M.M.C, Sion, Mumbai and DNB (Radiology) in 2002 from L.T.M.M.C, Sion, Mumbai under National Board of Examinations, Delhi.
Dr. Shaikh has worked in several Radiology centres and is familiar with Conventional Radiology X-Rays, Barium studies, IVP Studies, Ultrasound, Colour Doppler Imaging, D.S.A., MRI, CT Scan both conventional & multislice and other Interventional Radiology procedures. She has undertaken routine abdominal and ante-natal examination, Colour Doppler of the peripheral limbs, kidneys, abdomen for renal transplants with high proficiency. She is experienced in all ultrasound guided interventions and has carried out intraoperative ultrasound for many complex interventional procedures including, bypass graft patency and renal transplant perfusion.
Her special area of interest lie in intra-operative ultrasounds and USG guided interventions including LASER Ablation of varicose veins.
She has authored 6 Journal articles and has 5 conference presentations to her credit.
