Dr. Swarup Kumar Nellore is a Radiologist at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Center. He has rich 12 years of experience in the field of Radiodiagnosis.

After graduating from Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, he completed his post graduation (DNB, DMRE) in Radiodiagnosis from Hurkisondas Nurrotumdas Hospital, Mumbai in 2009. He gained work experience in oncological imaging after completing a year’s residency at the reputed Tata Memorial Hospital and also had exposure during his training in cross sectional imaging at Jankharia Imaging.

He procured additional qualifications like the FRCR (Fellow of Royal College of Radiologists, London) and M.Med (Diagnostic Radiology)- Singapore in the year 2013. After being a consultant at private diagnostic centres at Mumbai (including Innovision Imaging for training in Musculoskeletal Imaging) and Navi Mumbai, he joined the institute in December 2016.

He practises Cross sectional Imaging (CT, MRI , PETCT) and Xrays and his areas of interest include Body imaging with focus on Pulmonary and Musculoskeletal Imaging, and has proficiency in CT guided interventions including aspirations, catheter placement, biopsy and ablative procedures.

He has been involved in national and international publications, 20 peer-reviewed educational and scientific exhibits at International Conferences and won appreciation for the same at international conferences like ESGAR. He is also the primary author of two textbook chapters in the forthcoming textbook of Radiology by IRIA (Indian Radiological and Imaging Association).
