Dr. Ankita Pramanick is an Associate Consultant Physiotherapist in Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre. She is working with Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and Sports Medicine since September, 2014.
She has completed her Bachelors in Physiotherapy and Masters in Clinical and Sports Biomechanics from Manipal College of Allied Health sciences, Manipal University. Due to her interest in 3 dimensional analysis of human movement, she has done further specialisation in Clinical Biomechanics from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen U.K.
Prior to joining our hospital, she has worked independently in private clinics wherein she has provided her services in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
She has experience in performing detailed three-dimensional Gait and Motion Analysis in the Laboratory in patients with:
She is also actively involved in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation with experience in Manual therapy, Myo-fascial Release techniques, Kinesiology and Dynamic Taping and Neuromuscular Dry needling.
On academic fronts, she has published articles in national journals and is proactively involved in research work.
