Dr. Reetu Jain is a Consultant at the Department of Medical Oncology at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.
Dr. Reetu Jain completed her MD (Internal Medicine) in 1998 from INS Aswini Hospital, Mumbai University. She underwent additional training in the management of Hematological malignancies and Solid tumours at Tata memorial hospital. She has special interest in Stem cell transplant in heamto-lymphoid malignancies.
Dr. Jain has undertaken more than 400 cases of autologous, allogeneic , Haplo-matched stem transplants for haematological disorders such as Aplastic Anemia, and Malignant diseases such as Leukemia, Lymphomas, multiple Myeloma, Neuroblastoma, Germ cell tumour . She has rich clinical experience in management of complications and monitoring of patients while on chemotherapy and is trained to carryout procedures like bone marrow aspiration, biopsies, stem cell Apheresis, stem cell cryopreservation and management of complete post-transplant patient care following autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplant.
Dr. Jain is a life member of several international and national Oncology and transplant professional bodies. She is an active academician with 12 national, 5 international publications, 5 book chapters and numerous conference papers to her credit. She has been an investigator in several phase 2-3 clinical trials. She is on the editorial board of Indian Journal of Medical and Pedicatric Oncology. She is reviewer of national oncology journals.
